Accommodation comprises 6 bedrooms, 5 double and one twin, four bathrooms, sitting room with open fire, dining room, fully fitted kitchen. The farmhouse is approached via a well constructed natural road; 'camino bianco' (white road) the nearest neighbour being 500 metres away. The house is 1 kilometre from the road, not overlooked and is very quiet as it is at the end of the road surrounded by open farmland on three sides and on the fourth by an olive grove. It is close to local amenities .. for shopping, bars, restaurants and bank (cash point) from the drive turn left to the local town of Colmurano which is only 3 minutes away. The grounds are approximately 4,000 square metres and most is set to lawn with many fruit trees, nut trees and 50+ olive trees. The swimming pool is 5 metres x 10 metres and ideal for holidays with children. It is surrounded by a paved area running onto grass which is ideal for sunbathing. There are plenty of chairs, sun loungers and parasols, plus a collection of beach balls, lilos and arm bands for all to use.  By the pool is a pool house with kitchen & loo - not far to go for a cold drink - & a large covered terrace with barbeque - an ideal area to escape from the sun whilst taking in the wonderful views. There are many areas to get away for a quiet sunbathe or read in a hammock suspended between the olive trees.
